Ingredients: ( serves 2 )
2 salmon fillet
2 teaspoon olive oil
Marinate salmon with garlic powder, salt and lemon juice for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
1. Rub olive oil evenly onto salmon.
2. Wrap salmon in aluminium foil and bake it an oven over high heat for 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish).
3. Once cooked, remove foil.
4. Squeeze more lemon juice.
5. It is now ready to serve.
