Ingredients: ( serves 2 )
6-8 Ikan Kuning
2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
1-2 chopped chilli
A pinch of salt and pepper
Marinate ikan kuning with turmeric powder, salt and pepper for 20-30 minutues
1. Clean fish and dry up with paper towel and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
2. Pour oil into a heat-up wok.
3. When oil is heated, add the fish and cook each side approximately 2 minutes. Flip over and cook another side of the fish.
4. When it is ready, garnish with some coriander leaves or chopped chili.
