10 Large prawns
2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Cereal
1 tablespoon Sugar

6 tablespoon oil
Curry leaves
Chili Padi (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
Chopped Onion and garlic

1. Cut and clean the prawns.
2. Trim legs and devein the prawns (prepare in the fridge the night before)
3. Heat up the cooking oil and add in chopped garlic and onion.
4. Add chopped chillies and curry leaves. Stir fry till aromatic.
5. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
6. Fill and pour bowl with cereal mixtures. Add sugar.
7. Fry under high heat for 3 minutes until the prawns turn reddish.
