Ingredients: (Serves 2)
2 chicken drumsticks
2 cans chicken essence
1 tablespoon of Chinese wine
2 tablespoons of red dates
2 red dates
2 pieces codonopsis root ( 5 cm each )

Soy sauce
Sesame oil

1. Marinate chicken drumstick with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil and Chinese wine. Keep refrigerated for at least 6 hours.
2. On a steaming plate, place marinated chicken drumstick and all other ingredients except chicken essence.
3. Steam for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Before serving, pour 2 cans of chicken essence over the dish.
